Windham Chapter

Diane Potvin is the Senior Area Coordinator for the eastern section of Connecticut.

The CCAR Windham Chapter meets the first Monday of each month at the Windham Recovery Community Center 1009 Main Street, Willimantic, CT at 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

The local paper - the Willimantic Chronicle and the local radio station WILI 1410 AM, have been very supportive of this new movement coming to the Windham Area. The radio station has invited Diane on talk shows on several occasions to help educate listeners on CCAR and it's initiatives. In the Chronicle, an editorial titled "Putting a Face on Recovery" gained many positive reactions.The local cable access station, Charter Communication has offered equipment and training free of charge to chapter members who have pre-recorded several half-hour shows called "Positive Faces" that have been shown on Channel 14 on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM and Sundays at 9:00 AM.
